The Modern CEO Program™ is a 6-month coaching program that equips CEOs with the leadership skills to transform their “team of executives” into a “leadership team” that achieves their most important goals.
Define the “goal zone”
Your team will never perform the way you want until they know where the goal is and what direction everyone needs to head to score points. In the first month, you’ll go from scattered to laser-focused as you identify the one thing you’re trying to achieve in the next 12 months. I’ll make sure you pick something achievable and compelling that everyone is excited to rally around.
Month 01
Assess + diagnose obstacles
Go from foggy to crystal clear about what is holding your team back as you’re guided through assessing and diagnosing the key obstacles that are preventing your leadership team from moving the ball down the field toward the one “goal zone” we identified in Month 1.
Month 02
Rework your playbook
Go from stalled to forward movement when you rework your playbook and start handling situations with your leadership team differently. These new plays are extremely tangible and actionable strategies you can use as CEO to disrupt drama, bring your leaders into alignment, and channel their energy in the right direction.
Month 03
Become a confident leader

I know firsthand the loneliness of leadership as a former Fortune 150 executive with over 25+ years in HR, IT, Finance and Strategy. Since 2015, I have had the privilege of coaching dozens of CEOs and leaders to achieve their business goals and create places where people love to work at all types of companies including startups, PE and VC backed, mid-market and Fortune 500 companies.
My approach is to listen intently to your situation because the one thing I’ve learned is every leader and every company is unique and requires a custom approach. I will help you diagnose the obstacles that are preventing your organization’s success and serve as a sounding board as you work through these challenges. I will help you consider things from a variety of perspectives based on my broad experience.
